Delivery Process Shopping online can be an intimidating process for some or just plain confusing for others. If you have ever purchased anything online from a website that did not have a clear and simple delivery process, then you probably know the frustrations.

Here at we appreciate your business and we want you to understand our shipping process prior to placing an order so you can know when to expect your parcel.

Below is the three exact step for step process Staff takes when processing your order.

Processing - Charged - Shipped

Processing - Once you have made a payment with your credit card, your order is placed in Pending Status. Someone from will review your order and verify that your credit card information is valid and that the shipping address you provided matches the address that the credit card statements are sent to. Once your order has been verified by someone at your order will be elevated to the next status and prepare the package for the shipment.

Charged - We have processed and sent it to the warehouse for shipping. The warehouse then replies to us with the tracking information and once we receive that we will update the status of your order to "Shipped".

Shipped - At this point your order has been shipped and you have been provided with a tracking number.


We accept refund or exchange or the following reasons:

1. Shipping errors

2. Damaged or worn goods


If you want to return your products, Pls first send an e-mail to us after within 2 days after your receive your order and give us the reason you want to return your order. Only your reasons accord with our return policy, we will refund your money.You must return your products with new and unused condition within 3 days after you receive your order and with all tags attached. You must send you return order tracking number to us and after we receive the return order we will refund you payment. In such cases, we will lose the initial cost of shipping to you. So, unfortunately, we won't offer to pay the return fees. Refund will be made in the same form in which payment was received and may take up to 15 business days after receipt of the goods. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees and 15% refund handle fee.


We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 7days of the original order dispatch date. Please contact us with your Order ID. If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your initial order and place a new style order you prefer.You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.We do not charge the shipping fee of exchanges. You will be responsible for the return postage and the shipping and handling cost of exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation an order before the order has been dispatched. You also need to pay 10% of the total order amount cancellation fee. We process all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.
